ROSA LUXEMBURG STIFTUNG PROJECT

TERMS OF REFERENCE

In 2023 HCMA-IS has been focusing on training courses for skills on gender mainstreaming, preventing and combating sexual harassment in the workplace in the supervision activities of the deputies of the People’s Councils at all levels for the period 2021 – 2026 in Dak Lak and Dong Thap. In order to accomplish that expectation, 04 training courses would be organized by HCMA–IS (02 in Dak Lak and 02 in Dong Thap). Delegates of People’s Councils from 2 levels (province, district) will take part in these courses in September 2023.

Therefore, HCMA-IS would like to recruit some vacancies for courses mentioned above.

1. Training and giving comments to the training materials

• Commission: Training and comment for training materials for the course: Training skills on gender mainstreaming, preventing and combating sexual harassment in the workplace in the supervision activities of the deputies of the People’s Councils at all levels for the period 2021 – 2026.
• Number: 01
• Location:  Dong Thap
• Duration:  + Training: 1,5 days x 02 classes

                            + Giving comments: 01 day

Requirements for candidates:

• Good health, willing to take part in long business trips.
• Must been academic educated in sociology and public service, gender.
• Must been educated in modern teaching method.
• Having the position of chief of staff or equivalent, being able to teach local leaders at all levels
• At least Master degree
• At least 15 years of experience in researching and teaching about gender and ethnic groups in Vietnam.
• Good knowledge of how People’s Council and the delegates work; have experience in training for delegates of People’s Council.
• Team-working and personal developing skills are appreciated.

Financial proposal

• Training: The rate would be 200 EUR per working day
• Comment: 180 EUR per working day

2.  Training and developing the training materials

• Number: 01
• Commission: Training and developing the training materials for the course: Training skills on gender mainstreaming, preventing and combating sexual harassment in the workplace in the supervision activities of the deputies of the People’s Councils at all levels for the period 2021 – 2026.
• Location:  Dak Lak
• Duration: + Training: 1,5 days x 02 classes

                           + Developing the training materials: (02 topics/day)

• Team-working and personal developing skills are appreciated.

• Location:  Dak Lak (01), Dong Thap (1)
• Duration: + Training: 1,5 days x 02 classes

                           + Developing the training materials: (01 topics/day)

Requirements for candidates:

• Good health, willing to take part in long business trips.
• Must been academic educated in sociology and public service, gender.
• Must been educated in modern teaching method.
• At least Master degree
• At least 10 - 15 years of experience in researching and teaching about gender and ethnic groups in Vietnam.
• Good knowledge of how People’s Council and the delegates work; have experience in training for delegates of People’s Council.
• Team-working and personal developing skills are appreciated.

Financial proposal

• Training: The rate would be 157 EUR per working day
• Developing the training materials: 152 EUR per working day (01 topics)

4. Giving comments to the training materials

• Duration: 01 day

Requirements for candidates:

• Must been academic educated in sociology and public service, gender.
• At least Master degree

Financial proposal: 180 EUR per working day
