WWF-Viet Nam: Request for Proposals: Consultancy assignment on conducting Saola surveys through camera trapping and eDNA sample collection

WWF-Viet Nam would like to request proposals from eligible national consulting firms, research institutes, or a group of consultants (hereinafter called Consultants) who are interested in conducting the assignment on conducting Saola surveys through camera trapping and eDNA sample collection.

HOW TO APPLY:

Consultant needs to submit:

1. Consultant/Group of consultants shall submit: Curriculum vitae (CV) in English and Vietnamese describing the qualifications and relevant experience of each team member.
2. Application letter: financial proposal including the consulting remuneration, travel and accommodation costs related to this assignment based on the implementation plan, which details the costs of each team member (VND).
3. Candidates who pass the preliminary round will be invited to interview and evaluated based on the above evaluation criteria.
4. Candidates to be selected to sign the contract will have to additionally provide a Letter of Acceptance from the Management Unit and a Declaration of Commitment according to form No. 01 & 02 attached to the TOR.

• The maximum size per email that WWF-Viet Nam can receive is 25MB.

The proposal must be submitted on or before December 19, 2023, at 17:00 (ICT).
