Consultancy Company to Develop Civil Servant Management Software

The project “Strengthening the impact of Public Administration Reform in Da Nang city” aims at improving the quality and performance of civil servants and public employees in Da Nang city and improving the quality of delivery of public administrative services to the people and organizations through OSS/IAOSS mechanism. Specifically, the project will support DOHA to develop and modernize the staff management system towards online application.

Currently, the database of the city is simply used for statistics; there is no integrated technology solution (IT) that fully meets management requirements in a rapid, convenient, transparent manner and that can be shared widely. Furthermore, there is no application software for on-line service, and staff management and learning

In accordance with Annual Work Plan 2012-2013 approved by UNDP and People’s Committee of Da Nang city, the Project will support Department of Home Affairs of Da Nang city (implementing partner) to hire a consultancy company to develop and upgrade the current staff management software. Therefore, the Project would like to invite eligible national bidders to submit proposals to develop the software described above.

Please refer to the Bidding Document (attached) for more information and technical specifications related to the assignments. Proposal documents will be opened publicly at the PMU Office (132 Yen Bai, Da Nang city) at 16.30 p.m. on 07/10/2013.
