Consultancy to Develop Monitoring System

Organization: Plan International Vietnam (PIV) is an international humanitarian, child centered, development organization, without religious, political or governmental affiliation. Child sponsorship is the basic foundation of the organization. Plan International’s vision is of a world in which all children realize their full potential in societies that respect people’s rights and dignity. A 3 year project titled” Young Health Program Vietnam” with fund from Astrazeneca has been implemented by Plan International Vietnam with two partners National Youth Center and Hanoi Center for Disease control and prevention in Dong Anh and Hai Ba Trung district from January 2019 to December 2019.

Theoverall goal is to contribute to improved health and well-being of young people between 10-24 years old in Hanoi. Specifically, it aims to ensure that young people in Hanoi have increased knowledge about risk factors and NCD prevention, which gives them greater capacity to make informed decisions about their health, in the context of improved health services, an enabling support system and policy environment.

PIV seeks to engage a consultant to assist Plan International Vietnam program team to develop a monitoring system to keep track of overall program implementation, and then provide training on the M&E system use for YHP project team.Please find attached TOR for more details.

Position: Consultant

Working location: Ha Noi

Duration work: from Mid July to August, 2019. Training will tentatively be conducted by the third week of August.
