At present, Vietnam Country Office has programs in 20 out of 63 provinces in Vietnam.

Objectives of the Consultancy

The evaluation will assess the extent to which the project has met its goal of (i) supporting deprived youth the marketable skills and network to access to stable jobs as well as (ii) building up linkage among employers, training institutions, youth and government structures for better training quality and employment opportunities for youth.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong experiences in researches/ studies/ surveys on youth issues

  • At least 5 years experiences in soft skills training for youth, vocational training and labour market

  • Able to allocate resource and time for field visit data collection not over than 10 days

  • English language skills

  • Good computing skills, data analysis (Nvivo)
