Consultancy Firm/group to Conduct a TOT Training on Child-friendly Library in Primary School

Organization: Plan International Vietnam, re-established in 1993, is an international child-centered community development organization working in 73 countries. Plan is working in partnership with local people; organizations and government bodies to help children in Vietnam meet their basic needs as well as expand their opportunities to reach their full potential. Plan International Vietnam has initiated a project titled “Community Based Bilingual Education for Ethnic Minority Children” funded by European Commission has been implemented from April 2016 in eight communes of Meo Vac and Yen Minh district of Ha Giang province, Vietnam and the project will be completed by Mar 2019. This is the integrated project that will enable ethnic minority children to better realize their rights to survival, development and participation. The project has been implemented in eight poor and mountainous communes in these two district where exists a range of different ethnic groups, each with their own language, customs and traditions. We are is seeking a qualified Vietnamese consultancy firm/group to conduct a TOT training on child-friendly library in primary school. Please see the TOR attached.
