I. INTRODUCTION

The DGRV project in Asia, supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), aims to promote inclusive economic development for diverse social groups through a sustainable cooperative system. To achieve this objective, the project focuses on three main areas:

  • Strong cooperatives in the participating countries will serve as a solid foundation for economic development.
  • Mechanisms to ensure sustainable and secure development are enhanced within the cooperative systems of the project countries.
  • Knowledge on cooperatives, along with corresponding training and education systems, are consolidated and strengthened.

In Vietnam, DGRV supports the development of the cooperative sector by sharing cooperative-related expertise and providing technical assistance through both short- and long-term consultancy at macro (ministries and central agencies), meso (Vietnam Cooperative Alliance system at national and provincial levels), and micro (individual cooperatives) levels.

With the aim of improving information processing, writing, and content-sharing skills on existing platforms for provincial Cooperative Alliance (PCA) staff, and to enhance the dissemination of information about cooperative activities, policies, success stories, and lessons learned to members, non-members, and other cooperatives, DGRV plans to organize a training course on writing skills for PCA officers within the project scope.
