Consultancy for Project Final Evaluation

Aide et Action Vietnam seeks an independent consultant/consultant team to carry out a final project evaluation to provide an assessment on the project’s fulfillment of its objective and expected results

• (1) an updated curriculum vitae;
• (2) expression of interest of not more than 04 pages, outlining how the consultant(s) meets the selection criteria;
• (3) a proposal for the evaluation including outlined time frame, frameworks and detailed methodologies, logistic, personnel, and others;
• (4) an example of recent similar work done by the consultant(s); and
• (5) expected budget for the evaluation (including consultancy fee and other reimbursable costs)
