Consultancy on Rapid Assessment of the Model “Community-Based Support for Juveniles in Conflict with the Law in Dong Thap and HCMC”

UNICEF Viet Nam is looking for an international consultant for the consultancy assignment Rapid Assessment of the Model “Community-Based Support for Juveniles in Conflict with the Law in Dong Thap and HCMC”.

Candidates who have got experience of working in a similar capacity and want to make an active and lasting contribution to build a better world for children should submit electrically the following documents:

Proposals that do not abide by page limits will not be considered.

  1. Technical Proposal: The Consultant shall prepare a succinct proposal briefly outlining how the consultancy will be completed in response to the ToR, ensuring that the purpose, objectives, scope, methodology and deliverables are addressed. An initial draft work plan (based on and indicating Consultant’s availability) for the assessment should be included. (Strictly 6 pages).
  2. Financial Proposal: The consultant should prepare a lump-sum offer. This should include the consultancy fee for the International Consultant, any fees for sub-contractors, all per-diems, all travel and transportation costs and other ancillary costs. (Strictly 1 page).
  3. Referee details of similar consultancy assignments. The Consultant should annex a copy (or provide web-link) of a similar assessment performed previously by the Consultant.
  4. P-11 form of International Consultant (UN Personal History Form).
