Consultancy for Reviewing Effectiveness and Relevance of Project Communication Component

Organization: Plan International Vietnam is looking for a consultancy for reviewing effectiveness and relevance of project communication component.

Plan is implementing the project Safe and Inclusive Cities for Adolescent Girl with the first phase tackling the girls’ safety on public transportation. The project focuses on increasing willing­ness of bystanders to protect and support girls when faced with insecurity in transportation sys­tems and to advocate transport authorities and staff to promote and support the safety of adolescent girls when using public transportation services in Ha Noi. A series of communication activities have been rolled out to communicate about issues related to girls safety in public places and especially when using public transportation (radio program, poster on bus and at ticket selling bus, comic books…). Plan Vietnam want to recruit consultant(s) to evaluate the relevance and the effectiveness of these communication channels/products (radio program, poster on bus and at ticket selling booths, comic book); and to identify the most effective communication channel to urban citizens, especially adolescent, bystanders on the issue of Gender Based Violence.
