Consultancy Service to Deliver 3 Training Courses on Capacity Development

The project “Poverty Reduction through Institutional Strengthening at Quy Chau district and Nghe An Provincial Level”  (PORIS Nghe An), funded by the Kingdom of Belgium, is seeking for a consultancy service to deliver 3 training courses on capacity development of setting up and implementing the annual social economic development plan (SEDP) at commune level for local authority in Nghe An provincial level, Quy Chau district and project communes.

The consultancy companies or consulting groups who are interesting in taking these consultancy works please submit the proposal for providing the works (including outlined time and detailed methodologies for completing the 3 training courses, expecting consultant fee, logistic and others) along with the individual consultant’s C.Vs to:
