The Small and Medium Enterprise Development Project in Tra Vinh Province funded by the Department of Global Affairs of Canada, is being carried out in Tra Vinh from 2014 - 2020.

The key aims of the project is to increase the quality and improve the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Tra Vinh Province.

The Project have 3 main components that closely link together:

• Component 1: Small and Medium Enterprise Development
• Component 2: Small - scale infrastructure Supporting SME Development
• Component 3: Capacity building for Public Administration of SME Support Programming.
