American Red Cross is a non-profit, volunteer-led, humanitarian organization that helps vulnerable people and communities around the world prevent, prepare for and respond to disasters, complex humanitarian emergencies, and life-threatening health conditions.

The American Red Cross – Viet Nam Delegation is seeking a consultant to facilitate the process of development of Policy Brief on integration of DRR/CCA into local SEDP and present the results in national dissemination workshops with participation of relevant stakeholders at national, provincial, district and commune levels.

Project: Building Resilience to Natural Hazards in Central Vietnam
Dates: August to mid-September 2018
Reporting to: Country Representative, American Red Cross - Vietnam Delegation.
