END OF PROJECT EVALUATION
THE MEDIA PARTNERSHIPS FOR IMPROVED ECONOMIC POLICIES PROJECT

The Media Partnerships for Improved Economic Policies Project is a bilateral development project funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and implemented by the Center for Research on Development Communication (RED) since 2014. The project has focused on increasing citizen participation in economic policy development and monitoring in Vietnam by supporting journalists, civil society organizations and other stakeholders. GAC is seeking to contract a local consulting team (hereinafter referred to as “the Consultant”) to carry out the end-of- project evaluation of the Project. This team will assess and inform GAC of the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of the Project results. The evaluation report will also provide input to discussions on GAC’s future programming in the sector.
