The American Red Cross Vietnam Delegation is seeking a Consultancy service of Implementing the Microsoft Dynamics Navision software (NAV) for Vietnam Red Cross Society.

Applications must be in Englishand Vietnamese submitted no later than 17.00pm of Friday, 7th September 2018.

Tenders must be submitted both in hardcopy and electronically:

• Hardcopy with logo, signed and stamped in asealedenvelope should be sent to American Red Crossoffice at 7th floor, number 59 Quang Trung Street, Hanoi, Vietnam (addressed to Ms. Duong Bui- Admin Officer).
