We are looking for a Vietnamese national for Consultancy service, with following information:

Main Responsibilities: The consultant will provide training courses on - Early Child Care and Development (ECCD), Basic Education (BE), School Health and Nutrient (SHN) and Adolescent Development (AD) for representatives of provincial, district and commune departments of health  as well as health officers of lower secondary schools in the project area in order to provide knowledge and build up capacities for local partners.

Key Competencies:

Essential

The consultants should demonstrate:

  • Relevant expertise on youth-friendly reproductive health care services including family planning counseling and services, STI diagnosis and treatment, HIV counseling and testing) 
  • Experience in providing similar training in similar context (local health staff of mountainous area)
  • The trainers having master degree and at least 5 years of experience in a relevant discipline, e.g., education,
  • English language skills
