Consultancy Service to Review and Adjust New Rural Development Master Plans

The Luxembourg Agency for Development Cooperation (LuxDev), on behalf of Project VIE/033 receiving financial support from the Governments of Vietnam and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, is launching a Call for Expressions of Interest for the acquisition of services for short-term (national) consultancy support to review and adjust NRD master plans up to 2020 in project target communes.

Service providers that are invited to express their interest to offer the services mentioned above are: (i) all legally established companies governed by private law, (ii) non governmental organisations, and (iii) not-for-profit organisations.

Indicatively, service providers will have to demonstrate their technical capacity and experience in socio-economic development planning, new rural development planning, and rural development.

The start of the contract is foreseen for  30th April 2015 and for a duration of 07 months. Services providers must be available for the entire period foreseen to work in Quang Dien, Phu Vang and Phu Loc districts, Thua Thien Hue province. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated at 2,275,000,000 VND all expenses included, but VAT excluded.

Interested service providers are invited to submit an EOI that sufficiently demonstrates qualifications and experience in response to the selection criteria. The dossier, including the selection criteria and the application form is available on request at the address given below.

Minimum three (3) and maximum eight (8) candidates will be shortlisted and sent the complete tender dossier, so as to submit a full proposal.
