The Vietnam Forest and Deltas Program is funded by USAID and implemented by Winrock International and MARD, in partnership with SNV, the Red Cross and SRD. Vietnam Forests and Deltas are now seeking qualified and experienced consultants to provide consultancy services for a “Detailed Feasibility Study” to support LASUCO in the development of this project this project with aims of ensuring many positive social, economic, and environmental benefits.
