Consultancy service for Water and Sanitation – Hygiene (WASH) Technical & Proposal Development

World Concern Asia is urgently seeking 1 WASH consultant with significant experience in Asia and with familiarity AusAID WASH priorities and strategies in Myanmar, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Laos to support an application for AusAID call for proposal. We see a strong AusAID proposal developer to lead the application process with our regional and country stakeholders – which would desirably be a skill of the WASH consultant, but we will consider a 2nd consultant for the proposal development if necessary.

The consultancy aim, in close collaboration with World Concern Asia, is to:
1.       Develop an excellent WASH technical approach within AusAID guidelines and country priorities/strategies;
2.       Prepare the technical aspects of the proposal including the budget (which includes M & E, HR requirements);
3.       Draft an AusAID compliant proposal for this opportunity (single country/multi-country).
