Consultancy Services to Carry out the Feasibility Study on Labour Inspection Information Management System

External Collaborator Contract

In the collaboration with the MOLISA’s Inspectorate and under the New Industrial Relations Framework (NIRF) Programme, the ILO and the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) are preparing to conduct a series of technical cooperation activities to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of the Labour Inspection system, including the improvement of labour inspection information system. ILO Office for Viet Nam seeks to engage consultancy services to carry out the Feasibility Study on Labour Inspection Information Management System to understand how to build such a system given the local capacity context and needs of the labour inspectorate itself within Viet Nam with a reference to the international experience. The study is expected to give a clear-eyed picture of advances as well as the challenges to be faced in building such a system in Viet Nam.
