Consultancy team (01 team leader and 03 team members) for the PRPP

The Project “Support to the implementation of the Resolution 80/NQ-CP on directions of sustainable poverty reduction (2011-2020) and the National Targeted Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction (2012-2016)" (PRPP). The Project is supported by UNDP with cost-sharing from Irish Aid is to provide technical assistance for Ministry of Labor-Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and other related agencies at central and local level.
PRPP project is a technical support project with the objective to achieve the aforementioned outputs. In the last two years, many activities related to capacity for officers at all levels and local people have been implemented in 08 selected provinces (Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Ha Giang, Dien Bien, Thanh Hoa, Quang Ngai, Kon Tum and Tra Vinh). In order to utilize PRPP resource and the Government's resource in poverty reduction, PRPP project plans to establish a network of TOT trainers in 08 selected provinces, and provide capacity building to this network through a capacity building plan that takes into account each province’s experience of TOT focusing on sustainable PR within the context of NTP-SPR and streamlined to build on developed and appropriate systems and human resources (including training, coaching and mentoring).
Therefore, PRPP project needs to recruit a consultancy team (01 team leader and 03 team members) to support the implementation of this assignment. Please see the attached ToR for details
