SNV - Netherlands Development Organization is recruiting a consultant for assignment “Building stable development program for mangrove shrimp to adapt climate change in Ca Mau”. Term of reference is attached.

Qualifications, experience:

The consultant should demonstrate expertise in:

• Expertise in investigation, making plans, GIS, mapping specialize in forestry and aquaculture. Specially, the knowledge and experiences in research, conserve and manage Mangrove ecosystems and stable aquaculture in Ca Mau coastal area.
• Expertise and experiences in building system and application many kinds drama of climate changes in planning and stable development in forestry and aquaculture.
• Having experiences in education, training and consultant with partners, related departments in processing of implementation program.
