Urban Development Project Management Unit is seeking for 01 (one) individual international consultant to develop long-term strategy and operational plan for Vietnam Urban Forum (VUF) in the frame of project: “Strengthening of the Vietnam Urban Forum (VUF) and Operationalizing the National Urban Upgrading Program (NUUP)”. (the Grant Agreement No. TF010121).The objective of the assignment is to develop short term and long term strategy for Vietnam Urban Forum and action plans for its stages
Requirements :
- At least university graduate majoring at urban planning, urban management or other closely related disciplines (public policy, economics, environmental management, public administration).
- Experience : At least 15 years of substantial work/professional experience in institutional capacity development, aiming at urban planning and management field; experience in development of social networks in community development area majoring at urban planning and management field; working experience in urban planning and management in Viet Nam.
