Consultant for Action Plan Assessment and Development of NTP-RCC in Tra Vinh

In implementation of Decision No 158/2008/QD-TTg dated 02/12/2008 by Prime Minister on approval of National Target Program to Respond to Climate Change (NTP-RCC), People’s Committee of Tra Vinh Province (PPC) issued Decision No 264/QD-UBND dated 11/02/2010 on promulgating the action plan to carry out NTP-RCC in Tra Vinh province.

Now, after 5 years, Climate Change Coordination Office (CCCO) would like to assess effectiveness and efficiency of the action plan and propose a revised plan for the period of 2016-2020 for approval of the PPC. Therefore, CCCO would like to hire national consulting group or individual to do that. Please find the attachments for details.
