Consultant for Assessment on Access to Finance of Producers and SMEs in Clam and Bamboo Value Chains

Oxfam is seeking for a consultant FOR ASSESSMENT ON ACCESS TO FINANCE OF PRODUCERs AND SMEs IN CLAM AND BAMBOO VALUE CHAINS. Please find the attached ToR for more details.
