Consultant for Assessment of Operation System and Review of Strategic Plan of Women’s Development Assistance Fund of Tra Vinh Province for Completion

Under the project for Adaptation to Climate Change in the Mekong Delta in Tra Vinh province (AMD Tra Vinh), the Women’s Development Assistance Fund of Tra Vinh Province (WDAF) was established and operated in 2015. To improve the capacity of the WDAF and limit risks for transforming into a micro financial institution, the AMD Tra Vinh project would like to hire consultant (individual or group) to assess current operation system and review the strategic plan of the WDAF for completion.
