Consultant for Baseline Survey

Aid for social protection program Foundation Vietnam (AFV) was established in 2016 with its predecessor of ActionAid Vietnam (AAV), an INGO which over the past two decades has expanded its presence and programmes to more than 20 provinces in the poorest pockets of the country, including the Northwest, Central Highlands and Mekong regions. AAV has been well recognised for the role it has played and its significant contribution to the development of Vietnam.

AFV is a Non-Profit Organization operated under the permit of Vietnamese law. By mobilizing voluntary support and donations from individuals, local and international organizations, the foundation generates an adequate resource to operate all programmes and activities, which abide with the provisions of Vietnamese law and the foundation’s regulations. AFV is organized and managed according to the non-profit, voluntary, self-financing principle and legally responsible with its assets, being transparent on the foundation’s revenue, expenditure, finance and assets.

AAV/AFV is implementing project “Promotion of Disability and Inclusive Development (D&ID)” funded by CBM Vietnam in Ninh Binh province. We are seeking to recruit well-qualified and experienced Vietnamese Consultant to carry out baseline survey, one of project’s activities with detailed terms and conditions in TOR.
