In the framwork of the project named"Community Based Disaster Risk Management in Quang Binh province" funded by German Red Cross, the Vietnam Red Cross (VNRC) is looking for the Consultant to conduct the assessment and guide the implementation of the safe house/shelter model of Vietnam Red Cross in response to natural disasters.
