American Red Cross is a non-profit, volunteer-led, humanitarian organization that helps vulnerable people and communities around the world prevent, prepare for and respond to disasters, complex humanitarian emergencies, and life-threatening health conditions.

The American Red Cross – Viet Nam Delegation is seeking a consultant to conduct the final evaluation on the Project “Building Resilience to Natural Hazards in Central Vietnam” as below:

Project: Building Resilience to Natural Hazards in Central Vietnam
Dates: July to August 2018
Reporting to: Country Representative, American Red Cross - Vietnam Delegation.
