Transboundary Rivers of South Asia  (TROSA) project is looking for a qualified consultant to conduct the Rapid Evidence Assessment (REA) on Conflict and Cooperation in the Transboundary River Basins of Ganges-Brahmaputra-Meghna (GBM) and Salween (Myanmar) .
