Consultant to Conduct TOT Training Courses on Composting of “Northern Mountain Integrated Child Nutrition Improvement” Project

We are looking for a Vietnamese national Consultant for:

Vacancy: Consultant to conduct TOT training courses on composting of “Northern Mountain integrated Child Nutrition Improvement” project (JSDF project) in Yen Bai and Son La provinces.

Main Objectives: The objective of the consultancy is to improve knowledge on composting technique among extension staff, leaders of farmer association and leaders of women union in project areas. After training, these trained staff have sufficient knowledge and skills for effectively delivering training courses on the same topic for targeted households.

Key Competencies:

Essential

• University degree on cropping

• At least 10 years of working experiences

• Experiences on raising local awareness on composting

• Experiences on implementing composting activities with ethnic minority communities in Northern mountainous areas.

• Experiences on delivering training for ethnic minority communities.

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently

• Ability to travel and work in mountainous area
