Consultant to evaluate the project on “Building Community Resilience for Climate Change and Disaster Risk in Viet Nam”

Between 2015 and 2017, the Viet Nam Red Cross (VNRC) implements the project “Building Community Resilience for Climate Change and Disaster Risk in Viet Nam” in 10 provinces in Viet Nam with the financial support of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) through International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC).

In line with the IFRC policy and framework for evaluation, the IFRC seeks to evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of the intervention, as well as to identify key lessons and recommendations to inform future planning.

Therefore, the IFRC is seeking a suitably qualified consultancy team (01 team leader and team member(s)) to carry out an evaluation in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference.

In responding to this request, the applicant(s) should include:

  • A brief technical proposal, including methodologies, contents, and budget break down for stages of consultancy;
  • Resume (s) highlighting relevant qualifications, experience and three references in similar tasks; and
