Consultant for Final Evaluation of Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Project

Plan in Vietnam is looking for a qualified Vietnamese consultancy firm/group to lead and complete the final evaluation for the ECCD project (financed by Norad and co-funded by Plan Norwegian National Office) which has been implementing in Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Quang Tri and Kon Tum provinces in close collaboration with Plan in Vietnam staff.
