Consultant for Livelihood Processes Documentation

The Climate Smart Community Based Disaster Risk Reduction project (the project) is jointly managed and implemented by Vietnam Red Cross (VNRC), German Red Cross (GRC) and Australian Red Cross (ARC) in 15 communes in An Giang and Kien Giang provinces.

The overall goal of the project is to increase the resilience of the most vulnerable groups to current and projected climate change impacts through various interventions, including resilient livelihoods diversification for the most vulnerable which was implemented through a conditional cash grant mechanism.

The project is looking for a local consultant to document the cash grant mechanism and beneficiaries selection processes used in the project. Refer to TOR for further details.

Interested candidates are invited to submit their resumes (indicating relevant experiences) and proposed consultancy fee to GRC Hanoi office no later than 17.00 on 20 March 2015 via email: [email protected], with the subject title “Consultant for cash grant and beneficiary selection processes”.
