SNV - The Netherlands Development Organization is now implementing project Sowing the Seeds of Change: Community-based Climate Change Mitigation through Sustainable Rice Production (SRI) in Quang Binh and Binh Dinh province. In order to have in-depth information about rice market and its potential market for SRI products, a consultant or consultants team is recruited to deliver the Market Research.
