Consultant to Produce Infographic and Animated Video on the Findings of Vietnam's Second National Child Labour Survey 2018

In partnership with MOLISA as the key Government of Viet Nam partner, and its Department of Child Affairs as implementing focal point, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) is implementing the Project, “Technical Support for Enhancing National Capacity to Prevent and Reduce Child Labour in Viet Nam” (ENHANCE) with financial support from the United States Department of Labour (USDOL).

In 2018, the General Statistics Office of Viet Nam (GSO) conducted Viet Nam’s second National Child Labour Survey (NCLS) with technical assistance from ILO. The NCLS 2018 is a module attached to the Labour Force Survey 2018 conducted by GSO. The Institute of Labour Science and Social Affairs (ILSSA) – a unit of the Ministry of Labour Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), is the Implementing Agency to prepare the Viet Nam NCLS 2018 Report. The Viet Nam NCLS 2018 Report is expected to be launched by the Department of Children Affairs in August 2020.

The ILO ENHANCE Project is seeking to recruit a consultant develop an eye-catching infographic and an engaging animated video to communicate the key findings of the NCLS 2018 to a broad audience. Please refer to the attached ToR for more details.
