Consultant to Produce Videos for COVID-19 Prevention for Children and Teachers

We are looking for a Vietnamese national for:

  • Vacancy: Consultant to produce videos for COVID-19 prevention for children and teachers
  • Location: Vietnam

Consultant’s responsibilities:

  • Desk review to understand the attitude and practices of targeted audiences (ethnic minority children and teachers) by local media, and existing research from government or other reliable resources and rapid need assessment from SC.
  • Review the relevant existing videos on COVID-19 prevention developing by MoH.
  • Revise existing videos to have audience friendly ones to use in the project locations and national TV.

Main competencies required

These videos require a high level of technical/professional expertise and creativity in animation and TV ads, therefore, the successful firm/candidate is required to have the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated competency and experience with animation/creative ads
  • Preferably experience working with INGOs

Specific tasks and tentative timeline; Deliverables; and other information

  • As per attached SoW

Application package:

  • Technical proposal (no more than 2 pages): Outline and methodology for undertaking such animation videos in a creative way, as well as a brief work plan showing the assignment’s important activities and milestones.
  • Financial proposal: Including a detailed quotation for the production of the video showing all necessary costs.
  • Updated creative portfolio including relevant creative development work and qualifications with at least 03 examples of past video products (TV ads, short film, etc) and/or creative ads productions designed and produced by the consultant
