Consultant to Product a Short Film for Project "Disadvantaged youth Vocational Training in Hanoi"

Organization: Plan International Vietnam, re-established in 1993, is an international child-centered community development organization working in 73 countries. Plan is working in partnership with local people; organizations and government bodies to help children in Vietnam meet their basic needs as well as expand their opportunities to reach their full potential.

Project: Disadvantaged Youth Vocational Training in Hanoi is a three year project (2015-2018), being implemented in two Vocational Training Colleges including Hanoi Vocational Training College (HIVC) and Construction Urban Works College (CUWC). The project’s overall goal is to increase disadvantaged youth employment and generate their income through creating favorable conditions for disadvantaged youth to accessing quality vocational training and job replacement. The project has three main outcomes: (I) Improvement of educational environment through renovating training centre (ii) Improving education in vocational training and job placement for youth 18- 24; (iii) Secure project sustainability through partnership building. The project is being implemented in Hanoi, targeting at least 500 disadvantaged youths across the country and 60 teachers in HIVC and CUWC with a total budget of 38,572,115,253 VND (equal to 1,542,000 EUR).

Plan International Viet Nam is seeking a qualified and experienced consultant or firm to produce a short film to reflect the change in life and job opportunity of project funded disadvantaged youth from March to June 2018.
