Consultant for Project Evaluation

Consultancy on Development Institute (CODE) is looking for a consultant to conduct the ending project evaluation. Please see attached ToR for information of the assignment. Interested candidate are request to submit:

(1) An expression of interest, stating their relevant experience and capacity to undertake this task;
(2) The full Curriculum vitae (CV) of the consultant
