Consultant for Project Mid-term Review

The Australian Foundation for the Peoples of Asia and the Pacific (AFAP) is looking for a qualified consultant to conduct a Mid-term Review of its AusAID NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP) project in Hoa Binh and Soc Trang provinces. More details can be found in the attached Terms of Reference.
