Consultant for Project Planning “Improved life of farmer households in Mekong Delta through access to treated water with simple & low cost technologies and sanitation practices”

HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Vietnam is looking for 01 Consultant to develop project document “Improved life of farmer households in Mekong Delta through access to treated water with simple & low cost technologies and sanitation practices”. The objective of the planning mission is to elaborate in collaboration with the main stakeholders in the clean water and sanitation sector in Vietnam the project document. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with program stakeholders to elaborate a detailed work-plan for the mission
- Present the field trip design (rationale, methodology) for data collection in a kick-off meeting and in other meetings to all participants in the mission process
- Lead the whole planning process in both field trip and main stakeholders  of  WATSAN in Vietnam (central and provincial levels) for data collection
- The team leader is responsible for writing the project document with comments and inputs from HELVETAS and the project’s partners.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A sound understanding of low cost water treatment technologies and sanitation in the Mekong Delta
- Background knowledge and experience in WATSAN, public health or related are
- Experience in data analysis and writing project prodoc;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Full computer literacy.
