Consultant to Provide Secretarial Service to the Fund Management

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Vietnam – Belgium Study & Consultancy Fund (SCF) is a project jointly managed by the Foreign Economic Relations Department, Ministry of Planning & Investment and Belgium Cooperation. The SCF is seeking a qualified individual consultant to provide secretarial service to the Fund Management.  The consultancy service is expected to start as early as January 2017.

Duration of service contract: 12 months with possible extension.

Duty station: Hanoi (Foreign Economic Relations Department, Ministry of Planning & Investment)
