Consultant to Provide Technical Support to VACC and UNAIDS for Development of the Spending Matrix for GARP Reporting 2014

UNAIDS Vietnam is seeking a consultancy to provide technical support to UNAIDS and to VAAC to compile indicator 6.1 of the 2014 GARP report and provide the inputs related to HIV spending in the narrative section of GARPR.
