Consultant for reviewing of PFES implementation in Nghe An province

Winrock International, an international not for profit organization, is seeking consultants for reviewing of PFES implementation in Nghe An province.
Aims of the assignment are:
- To review current PFES related policy/documents issued by Central and provincial
government
- To review activities for PFES distribution
- To suggest solutions to overcome current limitation
