Consultant at SME Development Project in Tra Vinh

The SME Development Project in Tra Vinh Province is funded by Canada (Global Affairs of Canada). The project life is from 2014  to 2020. One of the medium term outcomes of the project is to increase  quantity and improve competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Tra Vinh Province.

The project has 3 components which are closely related each other.

• Component 1: SME development
• Component 2:  Infrastructure construction supporting SME development
• Component 3: Capacity building for public administration on supportingSME development

Now, we are recruiting the consutant to build SME exit strategy as well as review and adjust the indicators of Project Measurement Plan for Tra Vinh Province.
