Consultant on Social Health Insurance ARV Quantification

Chemonics International seeks a short-term Consultant for Social Health Insurance ARV Quantification for 2019 demand (based in Hanoi, Vietnam) to support the Vietnam government stakeholders on behalf of the Global Health Supply Chain Program - Procurement and Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project. The purpose of the GHSC-PSM project is to ensure uninterrupted supplies of health commodities in support of USG-funded public health initiatives around the world.

In Vietnam, antiretroviral (ARV) medicines for the HIV/AIDS program are supplied by three different sources: The Targeted Health - Population Program, PEPFAR, and Global Fund. With the reduction of financial support from PEPFAR and Global Fund donors, the Social Health Insurance (SHI) Fund will become the most important funding source for maintenance of an uninterrupted supply of ARV medicines to patients.
