Consultant to Support Development of MOLISA Sectoral Plan on Capacity Building of MOLISA Facilities

Consultant supporting the development of MOLISA sectoral plan on capacity building of MOLISA facilities, with focus on rehabilitation and disability activities.

Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped / VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S. based NGO, is implementing the “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies” project funded by USAID. Under this project, VNAH, in coordination with Social Protection Department – MOLISA, is seeking a national consultant to support the development of MOLISA sectoral plan on capacity building of MOLISA facilities for 2020- 2025 vision to 2030, with focus on rehabilitation and disability activities.
