Consultant Supporting the Legal Compatibility Review on the Revised Circular 46

Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped/VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S based NGO, is implementing the “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies” project funded by USAID. Within this project, VNAH, in coordination with Medical Service Administration, Ministry of Health, is seeking a national consultant to support the legal compatibility review on the revised Circular 46 on function, mandates and organizational structure of rehabilitation facilities, other legal documents on medical examination and treatment, rehabilitation and guiding documents.
