Consultant Team for Baseline Survey

Plan VN is looking for a consultant team to carry out the baseline survey of the Project Promote Early Learning and Development of Children in Disadvantaged Areas in Vietnam. The objective of the survey is to quantify and measure the magnitude of education related indicators that are selected for each of the components at the outset of the implementation as the basis for the measurement of changes caused by interventions of the program.
