Consultant Team (Endline Survey – Final Evaluation report)

We are looking for: CONSULTANT TEAM (Endline Survey – Final Evaluation report)

Objectives of the Consultancy

The objective of this final evaluation is to provide the project stakeholders with sufficient information about the project performance in the 3 years – 7/2015-6/2018 (its relevancy, efficiency, effectiveness, impacts and sustainability), document lessons learned and provide practical recommendations for future improvements. In particular, the final report will include the end-line value for all the Logical Framework indicators to be compared with the baseline and CSO capacity assessment values, integrated with all the qualitative information necessary to evaluate the project outcomes.

Key Competencies:

The consultant Team is required to meet the following qualifications:

Team leader

  • Master’s Degree or at least 10 years of experience in conducting studies, especially evaluation studies
  • Have strong experience in situation analysis in child rights and CSOs in Vietnam context
  • Have advanced knowledge on child rights
  • Understand about the community projects and the CSO project model
  • Excellent English writing skills

Team member

  • Have experience in situation analysis in child rights and CSOs in Vietnam context
  • Understand about the community projects and the CSO project model
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading and writing)
  • Have experience in design
